Full-Time
ASSISTANT TEACHER
The Assistant Teacher works under the direction of the Lead Teacher or Assistant Lead Teacher and is responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well-being of Center children, implementation of the curriculum, care and maintenance of classroom and joint use space. CLASSROOM FLOATER SUPPORT STAFF
We are seeking both full-time and part-time nurturing childcare staff. Duties include assisting with providing care for and teaching young children by engaging with them and supervising their activities and assisting teachers with delivering curriculum. Floating Staff assist multiple classrooms within a specific age group of Infant, Toddler, or Preschool aged children.

Part-Time
BUS DRIVER
The Madison Area YMCA is looking for part-time, licensed bus drivers that have their CDL with P & S endorsement to transport children in the Madison and Chatham areas. Drivers will transport children to and from the F.M. Kirby Children’s Center, along with periodic field trips to area points of interest.
Monday - Friday: mornings and afternoons

STUDENT AIDE
The High School Student Aide (ages 16+ years) assists the Lead Teacher and Assistant Teachers in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities in the classroom. They plan and supervise small-group activities under the supervision and guidance of the Lead Teacher, and attend to children's physical and emotional needs.
